In the return fixture against Dunmow Town, NW London faced a disappointing defeat, unable to replicate their recent form. Despite a positive and energetic start to their long away trip, the Gorillas fell short in a hard-fought contest on a cold November afternoon.

NW London began brightly, creating several early chances. Bernardo De Quadros saw his shot parried onto the post, while Oduwa and Javaloyes both came close to opening the scoring. However, against the run of play, Dunmow capitalised on a swift counter-attack. Darnell Fuller raced through and calmly poked the ball past the keeper to put the hosts ahead.

The early goal seemed to take the wind out of NW London's sails, and the game turned into a physical battle with Dunmow matching their efforts. The home side looked more likely to score next, and it was no surprise when Rehul Theobalds volleyed home inside the box just after the restart. At this stage, Dunmow's 2-0 lead was well deserved.

NW London showed some signs of life after conceding the second goal. They nearly pulled one back when Allen missed a close-range opportunity. There was renewed intent from the Gorillas, but Dunmow continued to push forward, with Fuller again causing trouble for the NW London defence.

As the game progressed, NW London began to dominate possession. A superb cross from Krasniqi was met perfectly by substitute Andeme, who guided a precise header into the far corner. It was a memorable moment for the 17-year-old, scoring his first goal for the club and showcasing his potential as a future prospect for the club.

However, the comeback was short-lived. Following a Dunmow corner, a mishap saw Eyers turn the ball into his own net, restoring the two-goal cushion for the hosts.

Despite controlling possession in the final stages, NW London struggled to create clear chances, and Dunmow held on to secure a well-earned 3-1 victory.

With this defeat, NW London have now suffered two consecutive losses and must regroup quickly as they prepare for next week's Cup action against Jolof Sports in the London FA Senior Trophy.
